Siding:   Treated T1-11 "real wood", LP SmartSide, or metal.  All the same low price

Flooring:   Treated Plywood with Lifetime warranty or LP Prostruct.   Same low price

We have the best warranty.

6 years front to back. That's materials and labor.   Other brands cover only "workmanship"  

The treated materials have a lifetime warranty for termites and fungal decay

We provide all the detailed warranty information with your paperwork.

This varies a bit by your location and the weather plays into it  ....but general guidelines:

Something already built:  usually a week.

Custom orders:  3 1/2 - 4 weeks

We do.    Delivery anywhere inside of Alabama is included in all price quotes.

Delivery to neighboring states is available as well for a small fee.

If you have a fence, we need a wide enough entrance for the building to roll through.   Example:  if you purchase a 10x16 shed, we will need about 11 feet to roll it through.

Solutions if your gate is too narrow:

1.  If possible, you can open us up a larger gap by temporarily taking down some of the fence.

Yes.   For situations where delivery just isn't possible, we an send a crew to your home to build it.    This does cost a bit more, and rent to own is not available.  

This varies by your location and style of building, but we always have a nice variety already built and ready to go if you need one quickly.

We have 3 Alabama factories which all have some ready to go if you need something quickly.
